One of Nymph's biggest joys during the Holidays is to fix the traditional Christmas tree a little on her own way in order to give back some of it's pride, but what happens when she overdoes it? One cracked wall and roof together with 5 other persons trapped we know the answer. It can't get more crazy from here now... can it?
Luckily I got this done before I got struckt with my current artist block and I'm glad for that. Personally I'm pleased with this one and managed to give each character a smaller plot of thier own.
Jingles and fresko got caught together but decided to make the best out of the situation. Good thing for instant mistletoes, aren't they?
Timaku is more nervous about the sudden height-increase down to the floor and hopes that the vine won't let go of him.
Bro managed to get his hands on one of the gifts under the tree (if it's a gift to him or not, I dunno, and frankly, I don't think Bro's the kind of person to check such things either) but the sudden shock made him drop it as he now watches in shock how it dissapears from his reach
GEO is currently that's trying to resist the vines, doing his best not to get caught in, to him, a stupid tree.
For the vissuals I'm feeling good with it all. Full drawing on the characters and lineless on the background. Also went for a darker background to make a contrast with the characters.

I can easily see that you tried another perspective with Nymph wich I like, I think that no one of Tim's character could have been better to be in the top
Talking about Fresko, heh, it's quite cute to see him kissing Jingles, and the blush make it even cuter, just being tied together is very cute, the only bad thing I can say about him is that I see his hair kinda weird, in my opinion it should be untidier

The other are good specially GEO trying to release from the tree xD
The tree looks pretty good and big enough to have his characters in it xD and it has something that makes it more special, that purple aura arround it makes it look more seasonal :3
It's a great picture just by looking at it, Nymph and GEO are better drawn than the others in my opinion, probably for the poses, nice job dude and keep it up!

Just as you, I'll also start my way from the top.
I made a different pose for her, yes. Wanted her to be laying down on two under-going vines. The only thing I'm not so pleased with on her is the connection-point between her legs and lower body, for some reason.
Fresko's hair is also a think on my unsure-list. To follow the "official" design on him, his hair goes thinner on the backhead and stops almost in level with the eyes. For some reason I gave him some more hair here (and if I had a thought with it or if it just was the first design that came to mind when I made the scetch, I dunno).
There actually are shadings on Jingles head and body. The problem is that her skincolour i so bright that the shadings also becomes bright. I never thought of making them darker; maybe something to keep inmind when shading bright areas.
The purple area is supposed to be Nymph's powers in action but it maybe does give a seasonal feeling too.
Personally, I think the mainreason that makes this different from others are two things. First it's a group-shot with alot of stuff going on which requires more detail etc. The other reaosn, I took my time on it aka actuall effort. I'm not saying that I don't put effort into my other work, but maybe just a little more in this one

Since it's meant to be towards the creator I felt that the furson had to be in it somehow. Overall it was fun to draw some of your other chars again, been a while since I did that.

Speaking of old fursonas, I have a faint memory that I once saw an old (and I mean old) picture from you with a yoshi/htf hybrid. Was that meant to be a fursona or an old character-design that you later scraped? Any bells ringing?

Hmmm, probably not. However, I can use the concept of vine-tickle for some future work sometime.
(and trust me, I was considering some tickling in this pic, but I didn't go with it in the end, though I promise that some of the chars here will one day meet the feather by my hand
