Hm. I'm using Fantasia 24 colors pack, thisch are nice, and some medium drawing paper with a little grain.
Any good tips for making brown look smoother?

Hmm, I've never heard of Fantasia :/ I've been hooked on Prismacolor since second grade.
My suggestion would be getting a colorless blender. I'm not sure if Fantasia makes one but I know Prismacolor does: [link]

im so gonna fav this...*is faving....is done faving*
every time i try coloring with pencil crayons, i tend to go all out and do the whole area one dark, blotched, fugly color, so this is really helpful. Thanks for taking your time to help other people understand the colored pencil ways...ooooh...the pencil way is gonna get me from saying its name...

You actually use a lot of pure white in your colored pencil.. that is something I usually try to avoid (I don't like white space much, it sort of annoys me, and even when I try to do it, I tend to color over the white with the lightest of colors just to give it some color) but I really like the outcome, I think I am going to try something like it! thank you for making this!

No problem, thank you for the fav!
And yeah, I do leave a lot of white, but it's only 'cause I'm a lazy butt XD
