Uhh okay so this is a b day gift for Hurricane-Rising !!
And surpriseee I actually was able to submit something on the actual birthday date and wasn’t late! but it’s currently 2 am so I stayed up pretty late so I could finish this,,,, and it’s hard to move my wrist :,3 but it was worth it!!!

i tried a few new things in this drawing and I think it turned out okay.
sorry if I missed a few things on the design- I sketched this out awhile ago and probably forgot to change it to match Waves new ref.

also I hope I got those ice arm things figured out, I drew them how I imagined they would look so sorry if those doing look right aaaaaaaaa still hope you like it tho and have an awesome birthday!! <333333 love ya ;3
