It's not an installable skin, it is a downloadable CSS, therefore there is no installation button. You're not a premium member so you wouldn't be able to use it anyway.

I tested this on Safari, and it appears to work just fine.
I'm planning on using this, but I have a question. How do the moods look? I guess I could test, but would they look better top, or bottom?

The moods are hidden in this journal. They won't appear even if you set them. It was just the way that I designed it. If you know any CSS you could but them back. I personally just am not a fan of the moods. Some of my more recent journals have them left in.
