I have tried using this, and about all the other blue content boxes you have, but they all furn out transparent when I log off, and only the outline can be seen.

There's no solution for that unfortunately.
When you log off, some of CSS in your page gets turned off hence you don't see the color.

Well, I had the problem with IE a while, then it started working again. It could be a browser problem, especially if some kind of update has been installed and it included something that breaks the code on chrome. It could also be a simple page update problem. I've seen something like this occur only on certain browser :'D

But you may use the white button code from here [link] and write you content inside to get a white box. But note that as it is a button, you will get an highlight effect on mouse hover.
