The watermark is different because yes its old, that was the old DA watermark. They saved the image when that was the DA watermark. So they stole from me basically, as it says in the watermark 'shadxamy456' which was my username way back then when i first drew it. When you see stuff like this look at the dates, mine was posted in 2011, theirs was posted 2016.

Do you have any proof to back that up? That's a pretty big thing to blame me for, even though i clearly remember sketching out all those art pieces i did in 2011.

I'm not deleting this. Sorry, but I drew this, even though its horribly outdated with my own art now I still enjoy having my old art as a reminder of how far I've come. If you can give me a link to the one YOU drew, i'd like to take a look at it and see the date it was posted at. If you can't provide this proof then I'm afraid you have no say in whether or not i get to keep or delete this. As far as i'm aware you may have stolen my work since this Swiftpaw Series is very sought out by most warrior cat fans who thieve a lot of other artist work.

Also without providing proof, the request for the 'original' unedited/un-watermarked piece seems rather fishy. And its been 5 years now, are all artists really expected to keep files from 5 years ago? I've moved computers about 4-5 times now, that file is long gone.

that's my issue, I lost the file to the original as it was from my old Mac (which hasn't been running in 3 years at least)

the original website was Sumopaint (I was known as Owlclaw on there) and it no longer has the records/files that i posted on there, as they dropped the community side of the website, so i do not have them, But i remember drawing this, clear as day, for the fact I was proud of the dogs paws and that Brighthearts face wasn't how i wanted it to be. (along with still being proud of the dogs tongue)

I drew this piece in photoshop, and i remember because i referenced another artists piece  ( i41.beon.ru/77/50/2115077/32/7… this one to be exact) for the pose.
My cat style has carried over into my current style, mainly in the legs, and while the lines are older, they look just like my old lineart (Blood on my hands  seen on this image here, mainly in Scourge, along with some of my other old art from my really old Deviantart that was deactivated)

I enjoy having my old art too, and seeing this in a video on youtube, with someone elses watermark, made me very upset. I'd rather not have this posted elsewhere.|

The first link is broken and I've taken a very long look at your second link of the image of Scourge and Tigerstar and I still don't see a resemblance. For one thing the face structures of cats in your pictures are far different then what Brightheart's looks like. ( Here I've even taken the liberty of out lining each cats facial structure. sta.sh/01epcd36zu47 and for further reference www.youtube.com/watch?v=yG4s2G… a warrior cat piece i did a few weeks later after i drew this image that has a the same drawing style in it. C: ) Besides what i pointed out, my heads are rounder while yours are more oval/box type.

And even with that evidence, i clearly, CLEARLY remember drawing this, as it was around the time i first got my second tablet. And without proof of the post, the one you claim was on Sumopaint, for me to date it, there is still no way you can prove it was drawn by you.

Also take a moment and see this from my view. I dislike art thieves, I'm constantly plagued by this, so being called one myself on an old piece i happened to have been very proud of when I drew it, is quite disheartening and quite upsetting. You simply have no proof while I've already presented the differences in our art. You can't even provide your post which also would be helpful in proving your point.

I'm sorry but I drew this. You can continue to say otherwise but it's just simply not true.

my anatomy style did match this piece. 
I added those cheek lines in that one piece. besides that, the line style is exactly the same.
Im plagued by art thieves too, constantly, and I'm in the exact same boat. that's why i'm upset seeing this.

I'm sorry but none of those images look anything like my art from that time. I was a big fan of 'fluff' and in these pictures there's hardly any fur or 'fluff' on any of the characters, and you also used thinner lines then i did at the time.

To be honest, I'm absolutely baffled at how I've provided so much evidence and yet you still don't give in. Even with video evidence of my art during the time you still can't except that I drew this?

Look I'm done talking about this. I've given plenty of proof to back me up, while you've given me next to none. Until you can provide me with the post of the image you supposedly drew yourself i will not believe anything you say. I'm sorry i don't want to be rude, but I drew this, end of story. You can give me every old picture you have but without having one somehow exactly like mine but without words or lighting or my watermark then you can't prove anything. You have nothing if you don't have the original, and i mean ORIGINAL POST from that time line, so then whatever proof you give me is worthless.

Again I don't want to be rude, but I've had it. I have never been told my own artwork that I did and know i drew, apparently belongs to someone else, even with no proof given to make it true.

And on another note i would like to ask that you keep your friend(s) from noting me about this. Be mature, please.

these are days apart yet completely different style with their lineart and eye style????
I can't give proof, because the website i posted on, Sumopaint, no longer has the records of it. I was known as Owlclaw on there, and was popular for my warriors art.
my old wolf art, when not referenced off actual wolves, was the same flat muzzle as this piece.

friends noting you, are friends that know me and know i wouldn't lie about this. i'm not asking anyone to note you, but i am asking you don't use my art. 
maybe you forgot this wasn't yours, but I knw i drew this. 
I'll try to get onto my old mac and find it, praying it wasn't deleted, but it most likely was, but maybe i can get it, who knows.

the watermark is a deviantart one on this piece. i can upload any piece and add my DA watermark over it. theres no drawn watermark.
when i drew this piece, i didn't have the blaring sun. it was a pure blue sky if i remember correctly, as i was using an outdated version of photoshop and couldn't do detailed lighting.

Oh yes, I'm aware of that image by Yolly, I've been told several times how much my picture seems referenced off it.

And again invalid. That was also around the time i started switching from Photoshop to Paint Tool SAI as you can tell by the smoother lines in the Bluestar picture. And how a month later i switched fully (moontiger456.deviantart.com/ar… , judging by the smoother lines and coloring). Not only that but please take a look at the rocks. Very similar wouldn't you say? Huh. What a coincidence. Also no they are not different styles, i am still using the big eyes and eyebrows and nose design there. Also the ears are the same, pointed/big and rounded off.

Also don't tell me i 'forgot', I know i drew this, don't tell me otherwise. Oh and about that watermark? Let me show you something. moontiger456.deviantart.com/ar… Something very recent i did and oh? No watermark? I don't always put one, i use the DA watermark most of the time for that. If i post the picture somewhere else? Then yes i put a watermark.

My problem with your whole argument is that you came at me claimed my whole gallery from 2011 was stolen (in a very asshole-ish way might i add) and then offer no evidence of your claims, or that you owned this piece. And that somehow for some reason you can't seem to supply me with any posting proof and that anywhere and everywhere you had the 'original' is either deactivated/shut down/or on an old mac that you can't get working for some reason. And any old art you've showed me does not match at all with what I drew. Now read all that and see why i find this fishy.

Also good friends maybe, but this-

"Please send me a copy if the original unedited version of Swiftpaws Final Stand 2011. I've seen the original version. Without lighting, watermark or words. I wish for a copy of it then I'll leave you be."

-Doesn't seem very nice, especially that bold part. Sounds to me like I'm about to be harassed by this person if i don't give you my art. I won't state their name to keep people from going after them however.

Also i'll let you in on a little something, when i first joined i posted an animated icon claiming i did it. Surprising right? Someone came to me and kindly told me not to post other artwork and that i should remove the persons work. Guess what? I did! And I even promised myself not to do that again, because 1) It was embarrassing and 2) I want to be known as a good person, not a theft. And guess what? I didn't do that again. Nothing in my gallery is stolen. It's all original artwork.

End of the line. I'm done. Not replying anymore, because I've offered all the proof that i own it that i have and you've given me nothing but a runabout about how you drew it, but can't seem to give any real proof to the claim. So anything you write after this, that contains no REAL PROOF, I will ignore.

If that happened: Whitewing wouldn't have been born, Birchfall would've never became a father over Ivykit and Dovekit (I think those are their kits) And the prophecy would've fell down because Brightpaw would've became mates with Swiftpaw and everything would've been different.

I know. People have told me this before. But at the time i drew this i had never heard of Yolly-Anda, and was simply doing a re-do of an older picture i did -which is in the artist comments- I don't see how it's a copy though? If it was a copy wouldn't it have Firestar and Bluestar in it, rather than have it be something completely different, such as Swiftpaw or Brightpaw? But there's hardly anything you can do in a Warriors fandom, almost every picture is similar in some way or another. And i realize your not being a 'hater' about this, its actually very good of you or someone to bring this up and help stop spreading thievery, but i can assure it was never my intention to 'copy' or 'imitate' someones artwork, especially Yolly's.

If Yolly really doesn't like it and wishes for me to remove it I will. Thank you for the concern though.
