Yes it's an interactive graphic tablet It's called Huion GT190S and surprisingly its not as expensive as the Wacom Cintiq! When i got it it was only around $423 (Black Friday sale i think ) but it normally goes for about $449 on amazon. And for being a 19" monitor with the nearly the same stats as Wacoms thats a good price considering the smaller 13" Wacom Cintiq is priced aroud $900 to $1,000 bucks.

Np! And it says its compatible with Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter；Comic Studio, SAI, Infinite Stratos，3D MAX, Autodesk MAYA, Pixologic ZBrush Not sure about Flash tho, and in my experience with my CS4 it doesn't seem to work all that well and i'm not sure why but it tends to glitch out and when i do get to use it the brush sensitivity doesn't appear to work. It may just be CS4 tho i haven't tried another PS yet
