Can't believe I actually managed to finish this today XD I wanted something to sign with 11/11/11
I've been into The Last Unicorn lately. It's really a lovely movie. Full of nostalgia and memories for me.
As for the title, I was randomly listening to the Titanic song and I thought it would fit somehow.
Software used: SAI and PS 7.0
I used this tutorial for the waves: [link] Sadly they didn't come out as awesome as the original >_> Water is hard to draw/paint. I had fun, though.
THE SPARKLIES ARE THE UNICORNS BTW! I can't draw animals
The Last Unicorn was written by Peter S. Beagle etc etc etc

THIS is impressive! At first I wasn't sure if this was really done by you. Both composition and technique differ from your usual pictures. But that doesn't mean I don't like it. It's refreshing to see you do something different and I think the emotions this drawing conveys suit the movie very well.
(It's quite the nostalgic movie for me, too

Amalthea's hair must have taken a long time, but she looks absolutely gorgeous and you subtly cover her up perfectly - just like in the movie! <3 I'm definitely bias towards this movie, it was one of my favorites growing up, but I have to say you captured the mood and feel of it perfectly in your art.
I think the waves look really good, but then I have never been one to know much about art. They definitely look like waves, and I love how they shimmer. (Reference to the unicorns underneath? x3)
