Description
This is my entry for Girl-on-the-Moon's Search for the Truth [link] contest. It is the Clairey-Wairey Detector!To explain it, the first thing is that the guitar is a children's practice guitar, so it is very small compared to a "real" guitar so that's why everything looks so big on it...
The calculator is the smallest one I could find, but still it looks huge on it, and the CD doesn't look like it fits, and I couldn't find any mini spy glasses so I used sissors... *EDIT* I JUST REALIZED I PUT THEM ON THE WRONG SIDE!!!! *FACEPALM!!!* *I might take new pictures tomorrow to replace these with the glasses on the right side... *FAIL!*
Then I was told by the owner of the guitar, aka my little sister, that I could not glue things on it, so I used lots of duct tape to affix everything. Lydia, the contest runner said the more duct tape the merrier, so I hope it looks ok how it is... I just wish I could have glued things... It would have been much cleaner looking... Anyways... I hope it it does well!

Holy CRAP! Dude, I would not mind losing to you, you sacrificed a whole guitar for this... I only sacrificed sleep 
Question: can you still play it like that? I mean, how AWESOME would it be to just walk around playing a guitar like that? Dude I would buy a, and finally learn, guitar just so I could play THAT one!

I think that is one of the nicest compliments I have ever gotten...
Answer: Yes, it still can play, but the sound is pretty muted because of the CD blocking the resonce (sp?) hole. It would kinda sound like crap, but when the guitar looks like that, I am sure no one would notice...

Thanks for the compliment! It is actually some random energy drink can that I cut down because it was the only yellow can I could find... Not old enough for a few months here in the states to drink/buy a beer can... hahaha
