History:
Up until recently, Phoebe spent the most of her time in Kalos. Going off frequently to explore things in the woods, either to gather items she considered were precious or to discover something odd to marvel at. If she was lucky, she may even unearth a new species while she was at it. While she grew up without siblings, she had many relatives who she could see and play with because her family preferred to spend time together, being as large as it was with the many uncles, aunts, with the added many, cousins that often hung out with her during the summertime Phoebe didn't really try to make friends with the neighbors as the alone time she had from exploring was her own time to herself to think and daydream about things, to pretend and have fun. She had close friends from school and was frequently teased for enjoying odd or unusual things, but this didn't affect her too much because she was too engrossed in her own little world of bizarre trinkets and bright decorations, possibly donning costumes when the occasion called for it. When it wasn't even Halloween, she expressed herself audaciously through her sense of style without giving a care in the world if it was unusual or not.

She struggled at school, unfortunately, as Phoebe had issues focusing on certain courses and found it challenging for her brain to process the questions or problems being given to solve. The theater club she joined received more attention because it was obviously the best. What's not to appreciate about the bizarre roles and the stunning costumes? Phoebe occasionally placed more effort into that club than her actual studies, which of course led to her failing her classes and having to redo a grade. Of course, Phoebe was upset at herself for this and was compelled to pay more attention to finally graduate this time rather than repeating once more. At least she had friends from her clubs that helped her through the second attempt this time round, while it was difficult for her as her brain had trouble processing all the information at different points depending on the class she was taking. Fortunately she managed to scrape by to finally graduate from high school and with no desire or thought to really go to college of any kind. Nothing really stood out to her for a degree or what she wanted to do for the future yet, mostly enjoyed her time to herself and gardening in the spare time to keep her busy mostly.

She was interested in agriculture, including the raising of various crops and their harvest. particularly pumpkins. She adored doing it and it helped her stay calm and focused. The issue was that she had little space in her childhood house, and the surroundings of Kalos didn't really suit her vision of the perfect farm home she desired, er, wanted! Moving elsewhere was a great idea because there would be so much fresh territory for her to explore and sights to take in..

Newspaper and television advertisements promoted Harthaven, an island suited for owning businesses, ranches, and even farms! She was going to have her new farm there, being as spontaneous as she is!
