I figured that if I am going to throw all these photos together, I might as well make it more useful...So I made it into a tut.....sort of.....Hopefully it is useful to someone?
I will make a tut on likeness in the (probably very far) future....

no because I knew it would be too long....6 hours for this small drawing!? oy....
Annnnnd also because I didnt want to start and stop every 30 minutes.....but I kind of did that automatically anyways...

in a nut-shell it makes the video size a heck of a lot smaller. like one of my 4GB videos would get turned into a 250,000 KB size video

well a good program to use is "Camtasia Studio" it's wayyyy better than windows movie maker, and you can render videos in it

Dude! We definitely have different ways to draw... The first thing I make are the eyes, Once they Look extremely awesome I move on to the nose and so on xD See that's what I love about art 
I love it, especially the hair
