this is The Christmas Guy, (yeah, that's his actual name) He's a mythical beast that only appears on Christmas Eve. you aren't able to see or hear him If you don't believe he exists.
the Christmas guy is very nice and outgoing, but always gets frustrated when he talks to people and they don't see him, because he doesn't know that they can't.
so he normally talks to himself, which he's doing here.
