Heeey guuuuyyyys.Here's a comic from I made about 7 months ago that I'm only now finishing. It's one of my favorite scenes from Finding Dory and I decided to draw it out with Dory and Hank as humans so I could experiment with expressions and poses and other coloring and lighting stuff. I succeeded in a few areas (and failed miserably and grew lazy in a few others).
I had planned on doing a Zootopia short comic and recently a Moana comic too, but by that time, summer might be over. Oh my DAMN inspiration needs to be more consistent.
Dory's human design is mostly based off of marsbarrl 's design (because her Dory is so cute) but I tried to make Hank how I pictured in my head.

Nice paneling and layout too, I particularly like how you arranged the speech bubbles in the middle.
At first I was confused as to why you designed Dory with a bracelet but then, "Oh right. Tag. DUH."
I'm glad you're finding some inspiration for yourself though, even if it's intermittent, every little helps!

Thanks! I'll be the first to admit I'm lacking in some big aspects of art and comic making, but in terms of expressions, paneling, speech bubble formatting, and general story-telling I'm a bit proud.
...you know...I had even forgot why I drew Dory with the bracelet in the sketches I made 7 months ago. Thanks for reminding me! Though like I said in the description, I borrowed HEAVILY with much of her design. It's kind of hard to picture her in my head hearing her voice. Hank was easy to picture, however.
