I don't remember making facts for Timmy's friends, Chester & AJ, but here's some for me and Detective88 's future multiverse!

Both
They haven't meet Crimson (yet). They only heard stories about him through Timmy.
They both get along well with the Stolitz and MnM kids. They get along well with the Eds the most. They also get along great with Robot.
They meet Striker only once.
Of the Stolitz kids, they get along well with Edric & Emira.
They're one of the many alongside Chaz and others who serve as comic reliefs.
They both like Saturn (In her disguise) and see her as a sister.

AJ
AJ is more nicer here then in the original series.
A running gag involves him having a crush on Shannon's daughter, Ashley, much to her (And Chester's) annoyance.
Surprisingly, AJ isn't that much of a swearer.
Out of the MnM Kids, AJ gets along well with Edward and Hunter.
He was more disgusted about the Home Ec incident then Chester was.
Interestingly enough, AJ's into horror as he does like Stephen King and Tim Burton.
Of the Stolitz kids, AJ's friends with Emira, Amity, & Helga.
Of Robot's friends, AJ's friends with Mitch.

Chester
He's still more loyal then AJ is.
Chester isn't scared of girls as much as he used to, but he was petrified after hearing about the Home Ec incident.
Of the Stolitz kids, he's friends with Edric & Catra.
He's more terrified of Crimson then AJ is after hearing about him.
At first, Chester thought Striker was cool, up until he noticed the cowboy's true colors.
Of Robot's friends, Chester's friends with Shannon and Socks.
While they both become Robot's friends, Chester's more closer to him.
He gets along well with Blitzo.
