So what? Clearly she likes him, maybe because he is popular, in a band and attractive, but she lied to get him.
It's not right. She has to deal with him not liking her, just the voice she claimed to be hers.
Even if someone wants to sympathise with her, she shouldn't go for a guy who doesn't like her.

I like how you showed Anastasia's characterization as a romantic, naïve, goofball. I just hope she finds better friends soon, I also liked how you put Vanessa and Drizella in the same level of nastiness. They seem to think alike and to threat Anastasia just the same; I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if the books Anastasia is carrying are from the both of them. And thank you! I LOVE how Vanessa knows her plan to get Eric is flawed and how she knows if he hears Ariel sings then it's over for her. It's painful seeing the evil b*tch of a story being like "I got the hot guy with my lies, I win and there is nothing you can do about it!" Thank you for making her smarter (even if she still an evil squid), also; that last part with Meg and Adam in the background was awesome!

I think Anastasia is way too flawed for all that but you see what you see and I see what I see.

Vanessa has done what many narsisistic people do. They are goal focused and all about that quick fix.
Not thinking about how to deal in the long run until those problems arise.
