Who is chasing Meg in the background? Anastasia is the smart one here and I think she needs new friends. Vanessa why did you think that this was a good plan????? Lying to start with is not great and he doesn't like you as a person. Also Eric's logic is flawed. Like dude dating someone because you like their singing voice and nothing else is a poor plan. Anyway everyone looks great and I am particularly awed by everyone's expressions and hair.

De låter henne bära för hon är den som är lägst i rangordningen bland mobbarna. När ingen annan är där att mobba. hackar de på varran. Inte hälsosamt.
Alla gissar hej vilt. Jag tar lite isnperation av det och flinar åt andra och suckar djupet åt de tredje.
Vissa idear är bra, andra för komplicerade för min berättar stil, och vissa är inte specielt hållbara om man tänker igenom dem.

May I just say that Anastasia is kinda of adorable here? I would like her to meet real friends and get away from those two, she deserves better.
Back to the point. Well, we all knew Vanessa would do something about it, not just sit back and wait. I may have an idea or two of what she might do, but I don't know if I'm right (or if my ideas are plain stupid), so I will keep my mouth shut.
And Adam chasing Meg is just too funny and cute.

I think she's a coward waiting to find a reason to realize she can do better. Love or being loved for the wrong reason will wake her up, probably after high school.
I don't mind stupid ideas, I've heard them before and most ideas are interesting even if not viable, and some are amazing but not possible.
I am now itching to draw him catching up to her but it wouldn't further any plot

I've thought Vanessa may give Ariel something that will make it impossible for her to sing or try to embarrass her in public while having recorded Ariel singing another song and use it as dub. I'm not sure this would work (sure not in the long run), but it was one of the ideas I've had.
But it would be kinda fun and cute anyway XD

I think it depends on certain details of her situation that... From long and personal experience, I can say that loneliness can do awful things to people and toxic friends are like any other abusive relationship, they can be pretty "passive-agressive" and also manipulating, so it's not simple to just "wake up" and get away from them. In a way, it's like the abused wife that can't leave the husband because she still thinks he actually loves her. Like I said, depending of certain details, perhaps it isn't that Anastasia is being a coward, she may be just misguided and this is actually a pretty sad situation. I wouldn't be surprised if she hangs with them more due to fear of never making friends on her own than anything else, but she can't admit it even to herself.
If you spend too much time with people putting you down (even if in the passive, subtle way that I'm sure Vanessa knows how to use and maybe Drizella does at home too), you end up believing it, you just can't think in a different way. You end up taking it as a pure fact and you can't just walk away from the only friends you have because you're too scared to be alone.
Another point, Drizella is her sister. This may also reflect their relationship at home and how Anastasia is too used to it to see that this is not real friendship. Like they say, better the devil you know.
Like I said, I think she may need to grow up a little more to realize the truth or someone actually pointing this out to her. I actually would like to see her seeing Ariel with Belle and Rapunzel and gathering courage to face the true facts and leaving Vanessa and Drizella.
Like I said, I have no idea of what will happen, but I'm dying to see!

Short, but I have a couple of things to say about this one.
1)God Vanessa so you've figured that one out all by yourself huh? Of course he doesn't like you! You haven't given him a single... Wel you haven't given him more than one reason to even pay attention and none to like you. Why do you want him in this way? Shouldn't you want a guy who looks at you as though you are the sun to his world? I don't get you.
2) I can't believe Ursula of all people agrees with me on this one. And she is so blasé about the whole thing. She couldn't care less about Nessa's drama.
3) Anastasia is being super cute here I can't help it. She's just the 'I am secretly really nice but hang with the wrong crowd' type. We knew that already but you do a good job of showing this in every single frame she's in. Sure she was teasing quasi in the beginning but it looks like she discovered a different side of herself since then. And they ignore her for the most part!
4) I love all the little details in the background. The graffiti on the poster, tasteful as it may be it still is graffiti. Herk talking to Eric even if it isn't clear and the continuity from previous comic with Adam still furious at Meg.
It is amazing how much you've grown since this comic started. I looked back on some of the first pages and the progress is astounding.

Yes, she is just not caring her way though high school, attached herself to popularity and power and is just waiting it out.
3. She isn't like that to me, I don't really mind others thinking she is though. She is the "Doesn't want them to bully me so I bully others with them in hopes of not being on the lowest pecking order" to me. A coward who has yet to fins a reason to stand up for herself and think. Love will make her brave later in life. The lack of it in the s-word 3 and the presence of it in the s-word 2 is my reference to this.
4.I like adding little things to make the school look "lived in" and not just a stage

Oh, yes it is! Really didn't think that trough! Maybe Ariel has a painful case of throat pain because of Vanessa (still not sure how she'll do that if that is the case), but that'll mean that Vanessa 'has it, too' . I'm not sure if my idea even makes sense, but I thought about the talent show at this point. No matter how, Vanessa surely has many more plans.

Anastasia will side with the power. She listens to her mother and the bully and does as she is told.
She only listens to Cinderella when Cindy is a princess.
She falls in love at first sight with the baker, sure but still. it's not like she talked to him.
She is just so starved of kindness, she isn't thought to give it to others.

The only way I see her actually pulling this off if she forces Ariel to sing for her, like I stated ages back. Can't exactly use a voice recording this time, it's a live performance.
She could go the Suite Life of Zack and Cody route and stick Ariel behind a curtain and she lip syncs. It could work for a time until someone *coughsBellecoughRapunzel* yank the curtain reveal the farce and Vanessa is humiliated beyond belief. Her reputation would be trashed beyond repair, which in all honesty, she deserves. Question is, what would she do to get Ariel to agree?
