Ooooh gurl!! This reminds me of my younger brother. He's a bit shorter but solid as a fucking brick and the silent and deadly type. He won't get up in your face screaming and shouting and such - it's a quiet mutter and usually it's only one word, "Run."

I adore these two. Poor Eugene though. He's just trying to cover for his bro and has no idea why Quasi would be mad at him right now. Next page is going to be so great! Love how Pascal always seems to have an emotional response to Rapunzels mood.

Okay, I love Quasi being a protective brother, it's so sweet! And since they have been mostly kept with limited contact with other people (thanks to their "parents"), it's no wonder they are fiercely protective of each other (I say this because not all siblings are like that). I refer you to my last comment about this show... It's being such a bundle of joy, isn't it?
Also, nice touch with the panels getting of a more intense hue of red at the end (and Quasi's aim pointing at Flynn's heart). Seriously, I can almost feel his anger here.
And... Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but Flynn having a star necklace while Rapunzel has one of a sun (yeah, the symbol of her country, I know), it's quite sweet. Night and day, you know? Yeah, yeah, maybe I'm just reading too much into a detail, but I find it nice. So there.
I feel so sorry for Rapunzel here... Usually, those misunderstandings can be annoying in other stories, but here? It is totally justified. Rapunzel has been home schooled until now, so her interactions with other people were limited. After that song and Vanessa's words, it is natural she gets nervous and thinks she misinterpreted Eugene's behavior towards her. And looking at the window, she is clearly thinking of her mother saying she isn't that great. Man, I just want to hug that girl...
At the same time, Eugene is being a little flirty with other girls. I'm not sure I can say this is wrong, I mean he isn't officially in a relationship with Rapunzel and may not be sure if she is interested in him either, plus is something he is clearly used to do, so he isn't thinking much about it...

This is why chasing Vanessa and outing her for being a jerk would be useful so people like Quasi don't get a false idea about what's going on. Now I'm imagining her running by them and us readers screaming at her for deceiving the girls and Quasi getting distracted from over protective brother mode. Now on to the art. I absolutely love Repunzel's hair buns a la Sailor Moon! Everyone's clothes look great and I particularly like the details with Merida's hair.
