So, Frollo is a cop in this universe? I'm trying to figure out how he would arrest Clopin. It's fun to watch him and Gothel play off each other either way, and it's cool how you blended this to the other subplot about Eugene Rapunzel and Quasimodo. Actually though one other thing puzzles me, how does Frollo know Clopin? I mean in the Disney version it's obvious but here I'm not really sure. Either way good job on the art and the interactions

He's a judge, he can have him arrested just like in the movie.
Clopin is leader of a criminal gang...a mobster of sort...
The law usually know about them, they just need to be able to arrest them with something that will stick.
Stick to them, not their underlings.

A mobster? Are we sure that his "operating outside the normal order" isn't some kind of vigilante work? I mean, all I'm saying is that he does wear a lot of purple and pink and has a tendency to introduce himself with shadows and/or smoke. And he's got a big beak. And a highly spirited, green-eyed girl for a ward.
