this caught my eye instantly. Usually I hate when big pine trees get in a sunset picture like this, but this one doesn't bother me at all, as it adds very much to the picture. This is just lovely

yup, I put that tree there on purpose to sort of catch the sun I guess...I like the way it turned out...thanks for the comment!

Thats really interesting.. I'm obviously wrong, but the position of the sun looks like its mid-day and he just shifted the colours around really well

haha, well, the pic was taken right before the sun went down, and the pine tree was sort of blocking it out...he may have changed the colors a bit, but, not that much...it was a real beautiful sunset last night...

Looks like just a shift of hue some... and maybe a tad of saturation... is that what you did?
