Here kitty kitty kitty! Hey, I've started playing with the burn and dodge tool.... there great! Also the healing brush and the patcxh tool. gets rid of the hard lines. other then that ROCK ON!

Anyways about the image itself, I think that you should blend the skin tones a bit better, on her face you can make out the different colours and it looks rather blotchy. Other then that though its great!
