Description Model of the Apocalypse tank (based on Red Alert 2 game) with updated details.
In comparison with the previous render, barrels of the external fuel system, boxes for spare parts, the mount of a machine gun with the DShK barrel (old version) were added. On side plates are spare tracks and ramrod parts.
The mount of a course machine gun may not be final, because there are moments that I do not like.
I also plan to place the instrument on the sides. On the left side - a shovel, a sledgehammer, maybe something else. On the right side there is a pickaxe, a crowbar, something else (your suggestions?).
I have already modeled a pickaxe and a shovel without a handle, but have not yet placed it on the model. Need to make mounts.
Most of the difficulties were caused not by the largest part - the padlock on the spare parts box.

I also want to add laying the tarp behind the spare tracks, but I can not model the fabric itself. Perhaps I will order it from someone.

Cool^^ It becomes more and more realistic with these details. I could imagen metal cables(for drag off and such stuff) as well as more boxes. Ladder/handles seems to lock cool but may not be the most smart thing(cause enemy infantery can reach vulnerable spots more easy), don't know. Proximity explosives on the hull? Some more lights or speakers to cause confusion by the enemy through loud noises maybe. Ballistic shields for the commander in the cuppola, or maybe a machinegun on his, or on a second cuppola.
Hmm, fabric is tricky, yes. Maybe you just make 'boxes' with roundet edges, or objects that get a bit disformed by the holding belts?(Don't know what is the most easy/possibly with your engine)

But it allready looks greatΒ

Thanks for the ideas! And for your appreciation!
I intend to add a cables for towing. And maybe a chain. But I still have to learn how to draw a quality cable. There are difficulties. And this is also necessary for the KV model.
I think I’ll add brackets (as on KV-2) for the crew to the tower. On the case, perhaps, too. Thanks! I forgot about them.
What is "Proximity explosives"? Dynamic protection blocks?
I also think that more light is needed. Side lights for movement in a column, and possibly an additional headlight.
I want to add a machine gun to the roof of the tower, but I'm not sure what form. The main option is a mini-turret with remote control somewhere in the center of the tower. My previous attempt to make just a machine gun on the hatch was unsuccessful, so I temporarily removed it.

And I will try to make the fabric. I should at least try. But then there will be a problem with the textures, I suspect.

Hmmm, drilled metal structure may be a problem by put them in rolls, indeed. I could do them(with a buch of faces/data), but didn't roll them fine. I guessyou wouldn't find a way to paint it like metal wire. Tricky. I would do it just simple as plane cable and but these classical Endings to help the brain identify a 'steelwire cable'.
Yes, i guess - defense explosives to fight anit-tank-infantery on closest range.
Yes, atm the tank has light just in turret direction. A few more - spotlights, flashlights - would be cool.
About the machinegun - i don't know how far you want to go from the original concept and from the more dieselpunk-concept. A remote would be an actual solution and logical, but a bit modern maybe(don't know if that's a problem). I can imagen even a little AA-MG with two fat barrels, smoke greande luncher, etc..

Good thing^^ Hm, i can imagen you can just color it without giving a mapping with structure. This will look too flat, but you can just categorise it as a plastic coating for the fabric(maybe strongen this with a symbol of a tend or something printed on the 'plastic cover''. I often print logos and structures into the model itself rather than paint it(i form 'stamps' and intersect them with the surface).
