History:
A self-proclaimed mad genius from the big city. Self-proclaimed only, given he flunked out of Briar's Academy for Deplorableness. After attempting to design a shrink ray for a final project, things went downhill last minute as Talon blew his budget on things like speakers, lights, and paints before trying to track down any electronics or parts he would actually need to make it functional. With barely any cash left, he resorted to jerry-rigging together the bare-bones of a laser from pieces of junkyard scrap and bits and bobs he could find for cheap, making sure to outfit it with as many cool (read: impractical, Inspector Gadget-esque) flashy bits as possible. Shockingly, this construction practically fell apart at the presentation, only managing to turn his professor red before exploding. Which wasn't anything out of the usual for Talon's inventions, but nevertheless upon failing miserably to do anything promised or for that matter useful, Talon was flunked from the school and kicked to the streets with nary more than a box of spare parts. However, Talon was unwilling to give up on his plans based on one failure. Ok, maybe it was many failures throughout his whole life, but they hadn't stopped him before and he wasn't going to start letting them now. He tried a few times in different regions to muscle his way into supervillain status, but a combination of continued failures and already established supervillains got him nowhere quick. Until finally one day, he had a stroke of genius (that definitely wasn't his sidekick's idea)! If he could just simply go somewhere smaller, there shouldn't be any competition for a supervillain! And with an established foothold, he could compete so much better! So he set his sights towards the north east for a suitable spot.
Personality:
By all accounts, Talon (actual name withheld because Talon is much cooler and supervillains need cool names, obviously) could certifiably be a genius, having been known to be capable of designing and building highly advanced robotics and weaponry; however he almost always inevitably lets his ego and need for flashy looks overtake his work, ultimately being the reason for its failure. Somehow, Talon continues to draw in technology research grants from the government to help fund his latest concept, only to then immediately load up on flashy junk and blow the entire budget, leaving the actual project likely to fall apart as soon as its turned on. Impulsive, arrogant, and unwilling to listen to anyone he deems less superior (so everyone), all of which combined makes him seem more comical than an actual threat. You... probably don't need to worry for the most part. Just be wary the one time he manages to get his act together for two hours.

- Talon is an alias to sound cool. Will not intentionally give out his real name.
- Assumed Wren County would be easy for a supervillain to set up shop in.
- Unaware of the multitude of people already here that could be considered supervillains.
- Also unaware of the multitude of super freaks completely ready to pummel down a threat the second it sneezes.
- Actually has managed to build a functional ray gun after the fact from the box of remains from his failed project. It's about the only thing he's managed to make that hasn't been overloaded with junk and later exploded. Occasionally still tinkers with it to add more functions to it.
- Marcus has been his lacky/henchman/sidekick for a number of years even before arriving in Wren County. It's not exactly clear how Talon keeps him around considering how he usually treats him, but Marcus doesn't seem to mind.
- Lives in a townhouse with 8 others, in the basement. Wasn't originally intended as another living space, but it's the only space large enough for his lab equipment.

Abilities and Powers:
- Standard to Mythic Potion - Upgrades him from a standard rooster into a mythical supergenius rooster.
- Supergenius - Talon possess a knowledge in electrical engineering and robotics that far surpasses modern standards, meaning he is fully capable of building advanced machines (such as teleporters), weaponry (such as ray guns), and seemingly sentient robots. (They're more likely than not going to blow up after one use due to oversights, but he is still capable of building them.)
- Multipurpiray Mk 2 - The one invention Talon has made that has managed to stay in one piece after use. This multi-tool of ray guns has several modes already built in which can be swapped to via a dial. The ray gun may be upgraded with new abilities later as Talon continues tinkering on it. All rays fired at other characters require consent, and I acknowledge that unless I make a physical item with glued potions, other characters may not use the Mulitpurpiray's abilities.
- At current, the rays available to it include:
- Shrink Ray - Anything hit with this beam shrinks down to a quarter of their original size. Effect lasts for 30 minutes, or until hit with the ray again. (Villagers can't be shrunk with this unless they are already able to shrink in some capacity.)
- Shock Ray - A beam of high voltage electricity.
- Freeze Ray - Objects hit with this beam are encased in ice until being thawed.
- Heat Ray - A beam of high heat capable of melting objects or setting them ablaze.
- Wind Ray - A high-powered blast of air capable of shoving back heavy objects.
- Forgetful Ray - Creatures capable of thought who are hit with this ray will forget whatever is currently in their short term memory, forgetting what they were in the middle of doing. Because of a strange bug in this mode, creatures who aren't actively thinking about a task will actually remember something they've recently forgotten to do.
- Sleep Ray - Creatures hit with this beam will find themselves quickly unable to keep themselves awake, and will fall asleep until woken up by some normal means.
