(EDIT 8/9: Fixed a little mistake I didn't see until now!)Hold on a second, this isn't quite a Pokémon, isn't it? The only record on this... unusual being are some leaked files from the Aether Foundation, designated "UB-01". She seems to have some sort of sentience, and floats around like a young girl. She certainly seems like she wants you to do something... Any ideas?

Makes sense; Several animals do have a weak venom designed to cause pain rather than poison adversaries (bees are an example).
Do they paralyze smaller animals? I’m pretty sure jelly fish sting to hunt their prey, and pain alone would just drive it away.
