Well.. I think my favourite way to do it is page per page sort of thing!
Let me explain further~
First, A story is decided between me and you, something entertaining for us to draw and something entertaining for the audience too! Then, once the story is decided, one person does a page, then the next person does the next page, then the first person does the next page.
