You just select your relationship status. I would probably be.... single.... I guess. Or maybe "it's Complicated". xDD
Civil Union is a form of partnership that's basically marriage... But not. So if you were a same sex couple that lived in a place where it's illegal to be in a same sex marriage you would have a... civil union.......... I think that's what it's for anyway. ;u;
