Well, a bit change of scenery.My old OC from Tiger and Bunny. Unnamed for now, as she is a supporting character for the story I came up with.
She is a NEXT and has the power of hallucination, making people believe they worst nightmares are real. Her power affects herself, making her rather yandere and hysteric.
She likes lolita dresses and style, which pisses her partner off and is actually an albino.
This is the roughest of roughest to put together.
I wonder if I have to actually put this all on DA?
