Description
What are they? The Death Dealers are a Ranger weapons squad. They are armed with an assortment of weapons such as M1 AR's and an M9 Bazooka. This allows them to be quite versatile dealing with both infantry and tanks.
The Paint-scheme...
So with the allied contingent from the now out of production Dust Tactics Revised Core Set, I wanted to paint them up as a USA-themed force. I looked at WWII American uniforms, specifically the colour and with that in Β mind I started painting these guys. The allied miniatures are pre-primed a drab green, so all I had to do was add the detailing and use some washes on them.

Overall
Vision
Originality
Technique
Impact
Before anything, I just want to say that these miniatures are nothing short of beautiful, very much nearing professional grade. If you don't believe me, pull up some pictures of the finished models they have done for Warzone Resurrection- not all their paintjobs are far off from yours.
Anyway, I'll proceed to breakdown my ratins, why I chose each, and where improvements could me made:
Vision: I'll interpret this as vision in terms of how well I, the critic, sees the pieces, as well as the artist's intended vision and how well that is portrayed and conveyed to me as a viewer.
Regarding the former, the photograph is certainly of sufficient resolution and the presentation beyond satisfactory. I can see as many details as I need to quite clearly, everything looks clean, and in short there's really no problems.
With the latter however, I feel like you were going for a very rugged, realistic paint scheme and you succeeded, unquestionably, I don't need to say more.
Originality: This is my lowest rating solely because of the fairly realistic and in ways bland colour scheme. On the contrary, that's what you were going for, so in a lot of ways, originality stops being a primary factor.
Technique: Outstanding. The paint looks very cleanly applied, the guns really do look like pressed metal(though in my opinion might do well to get a thin wash) and overall there is just no sloppiness to speak of.
Impact: I'll treat this as the overall feel and, as it says, impact, of the pieces. This one in particular is 4 stars for a reason- these guys look, live and breathe no nonsense and no mercy, and for that once again in particular I love them to death.
Overall superb job, you have set a high standard for yourself with these and continue to meet or surpass it each piece I see, this one not being the first.

Thank you very much for the critique.
These are not my best pieces, but my primary goal was to make them look decent enough for table-top, as gaming pieces. So I think that I achieved that.
