It's no good. It's okay I know it's dodgy lol.It's just too crowded, and I was too tired to bother making any shades line up with the lineart properly.
I think I'm only posting it because I owe it to =AshtonInuzuka
Anyway I'm gonna grab something to eat then I'm hitting the books for the rest of the day
Obviously referenced from the screenshot, i changed it a little but barely enough for it to matter. Just implemented my way of doing DBZ.

Man I hated the Super 17 saga, but as far as GT went to downgrade 17 he was an awesome character nonetheless...just without his fusion form at least.

Can you tell me exactly what programs you use and what tools I hope that well-written

I use the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator for lineart, or if I'm feeling lazy and it's a small canvas then I use SAI. For colouring I use Adobe Photoshop CS3.

To be honest I think the opposite. I like the colored pic more than the line art. I like the expression and the colors really help bring out 17's twisted humor.
