Kinda a remake of the scene where Goku first turns Super Saiyan 3 for Buu and Babidi. Just a simple looped animation though.
The youtube version will be a bit different than this; this is just a bunch of frames looped. There will be a zoom out and sound effects and stuff, similar to the actual clip. I just got my hands on Adobe Premier and After Effects so hopefully I'll be able to get it right. I've got the lip sync timing down pretty much dead on.
The original is gigantic, technically 2880p haha, but I uploaded 480p here, and youtube I'll hopefully get it up in 1080.

Still a chance I'll animate the clothes, but I have too much other work to do for now.

The shading looks very great here! The hair movement looks wonderful too however I'm surprised to see the clothes aren't moving either. Well everything else looks great here^^

Wow... This Is great! Could you indicate how to animate pictures using Photoshop CS5? I do my drawings using this program but I had no idea you could animate. Please advise.

in CS5, go to "window - animate" a timeline should show up. If you can't figure it out from there then go here [link] and it gives you a step by step.
