I'm aware that this comment is very old, but in case you're still wondering:
Get an animation program (or use an online animation website).
The best animation program in my opinion is Adobe Animate, but if it seems to complicated, try something else first. There are many animation guides online, so search it up and start animating! Hope I helped!
