Yeah, I'd recommend a program called Easy Paint Tool SAI if you wanna get into lineart, it's a really good begginer tool.
Just google it if you wanna download, its free to trail.

Lol, I actually have it... I also have a tablet but I have no clue how to draw straight lines with it and stuff they just end up well not straight or smooth... Maybe I'll just give up on that and move to vectors lol
