Pretty big commission, featuring ~Magna-Alphamon 's Original Characters: Arian, Slayden and Ceira, from left to right.
Had a lot of fun drawing them and the Pokemon together, definitely something I should so more often with my own characters.
THIS SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO HAPPEN IN THE GAMES. I wanna ride on a Raikou haha.
I did what I could with the background and perspective, neither are exactly specialties of mine haha. Worked out decent though!

Besides Raikou I'd go Rapidash for speed, or Steelix for awesomeness haha.

This really has happened in the games- if you've played Pokemon Ranger-Guardian Signs. You get to "capture" and then ride Suicune, Entei, and Raiku along with either Latias or Latios (depending on your character's gender) through the course of the game.
Anyway, I love this piece of art. The lighting is soft and adds an almost dreamy quality to the picture. Not to mention that the characters look so full of life. It's like they just want to jump off the page and run away. Ah, I could never get tired of looking at this.

For side-series games, Pokemon Ranger is pretty awesome. I highly recommend them. Especially "Shadows of Almia" and "Guardian Signs". The original Ranger game is MUCH harder than the sequels.
