Fanboys/girls unite, it's Super Saiyan 3 Gohan.
This kid seems to be the big favourite of the Dragonball Z series, especially for those who watched this as a kid and just wanted to be him.
I'm personally not a massive fan, however that's not to say that this child is not one of the most epic 11 year olds (or however old he is) going round.

This was created from a sketch I drew up on the tablet, which was based on a very old manga scan I found at home of SSj2 Gohan. I can't seem to find it on the internet however, so if someone does find it let me know so I can do a comparison.

EDIT 1 (22/2/2010):
We have the Clothes down, minus the Belt/Sash thing.
SSj3 "Eyebrows" are there.
The Body is basically finished apart from the hands.
The lines on the shoes still need to be done, along with the blatantly obvious hair.
I think I need to add a few more folds to the upper body too. Other than that, he is on the way!

EDIT 2:
Basic outline of the hair is complete, using a thin to thick style of hair. The closer to the head, the thinner the hair.
The sash is also complete, which was a killer.
Hands are still missing, and the shoes have no detail yet.

EDIT 3:
Changed the big lock of hair at the front and added a smaller one over his face.
Touched up the thick hairs at the bottom.

EDIT 4:
Added a few strands to the hair and touched up the shoes.
Looks like the hands are going to be done last, stupid things.

EDIT 5:
Finalized all the strands in the hair, apart from the last bit at the bottom that the hand will go over. I'll add strands to it after I do these elusive hands.
I also got rid of the thin piece of hair that went over Gohan's face.

EDIT 6 (24/2/2010):
He's done!
Finished the hands, which aren't the greatest but whatever.
Also added more strands to the hair and touched up a few lines that didn't make sense.

EDIT 7: (24/2/2010):
Well I thought I was done!
Changed the line tickness in a lot of areas to add a bit of depth.

I wanna make this look as official as possible, so comments and tips would be great.
I went with the really sharp style hair because as a Super Saiyan 2 his hair is much thinner than Goku, so thin hair as a Super Saiyan 3 seemed logical to me.
