The ice cream parlor is owned by a Great Pyrenees. The Elk Hound behind the counter is a hired employee.
The ice cream parlor is located within a row of businesses along the sidewalk and street that runs past the hospital...A few doors down is an awesome comic book store that is very popular among the locals.

Zander had gotten that ice cream cone to go, and in this pic, it is about six or seven minutes before Cheesah messed up Zander's world for a while.

The kitten's mom, especially when she saw the three of them giving each other the 'high fives' and 'high tens' as they returned to their table, wondered, "What was THAT all about???".
When Cheesah, Raphael and Habbar dropped in at the ice cream parlor moments later, Raphael and the kitten, both about the same age, got acquainted.
It wasn't long before two law enforcement officers (a wolf and a bear) and a hospital security guard (an otter) came into the ice cream parlor and called Cheesah, Raphael and Habbar outside to have a talk with them about Dr. Zander Rat...Nothing could be proved, so the three of them got a brief reprimanding, then were allowed to go back inside.
