I really love the technique used in this nude drawing ( I alsoΒ really hate when art like this has to be classified as mature, so many people are needlessly off-put by this). The shading and use of pencil work has a great rough quality, the contours and proportions of the women look very natural and organic and most of the line work fits with the shape of her body. This is one of the fewΒ speed drawingsΒ that has proper feet and hands all at once, and I mean this after seeing so many drawings one or the other or even both at the same time.

I think that the reference image can be crucial in providing the necessary inspiration for this kind of output - that is, after so much daily drawing and practice, to acheive the effect that it is both loose and tight at the same time
