finally i colored my drawing.i didn't like much the background, i realized that i never pay much attention to it when i start my sketch, leaving it to be done when i'm putting colors into it, and it have been always a problem... i have to pay more attention to this. well, so i did something a little more "usual". i started the backgroung making a "border" of decaying brushes, and then i started to blend some layers with some colors over textures and this kind of stuff, and when i finished i did not like the results. but then i just erased the borders of brushes and then came that strange background that you can see, but i kind of... like it. lol

i really like that crosshatching style, i've been practicing it for a while... the colors took me some time to finish, but it is the most realistic painting that i ever did

I really love the background, even if you're hesitant about it! This really is wonderfully done. I can't find any way to say anything negative about this. The only minor detail I can find is that I feel the ear should be positioned just slightly higher. But it really is wonderful!

The more I look at this peice, the better I like it. It has an odd sort of magnatism.
