It's not working at all. There's just not enough information with most of the steps. Not in-experienced with photoshop, but my outcome doesn't look anything like yours at all.

very nice..but i dont understand :
create new layer > overlay > soft brush and white and black... i dont understand these steps ;(

Create a New Layer
Set the new layer's Layer Style on Overlay
Use your brush tool. Set the brushes to the defaults. Use a Soft Round Brush (hover over the brush to see it's name) and brush a little white and black on the signature to add lighting.

I love this tutorial so much I had to use it again, but on this 2nd outcome I did it by memory without using the tutorial

Use your own skills to make it green. You're not supposed to follow the tutorial 100%. I mean you can for learning purposes, but it's better to put your own twist on it. Use a green render and it will come out green.
