"The Sangheili are huge and strongly proud like-saurian aliens."The Elites or Sangheili in Halo 4 look meaner than before. I figured out the torso and low belly by myself when I make the picture weeks ago. Elites in halo 4 have more details on the skin which I love it from the design. The rumor I read about the elites in Halo 4 is that some of them are rebels and that is why they have different armor.
I used this picture as a project at school.

Very awesome! I actually loved the Halo 4 redesign of the Sangheili, indeed make them look a bit fiercer, a bit more Saurian like they should have been, and it felt like they got taller

In Halo MC Collection, they make the Sangheili better too. Just like humans, we
humans have different tones of skin depending from what part of the world you
got your genes. They put the sangheili with dark, brown and light skin color.

Well, I think the Storm elites are different from the minors. Not only because they use swords, but because the armor too. I understood in the books that there are rebel Sangehili troops. Since the covenant is finished, they do not have Huragoks that can fix their equipment. Looks like they use what is available.

Cool, really nice work! Good detail on the elite, the skin came out well. I do think however that the arms are too short, and the body build king of reminds me of the Krogan.

I was trying to work in a different pose. It's been a while without making a decent picture(not sketch). When the game is released there will be more pictures that I could use for reference

Sometimes we just need to see them in Action. The sangheili are saurian aliens, so I suppose they wanted to make them look more reptilian. I liked the detail

yah i suppose i should give them a chance but i liked the way they looked in the last few previous games its just the skin or hide color is too... flesh tone for my taste... it takes away from the sangheili and i really hope if they do bring back the Arbiter but if they do i hope they dont chance his appearence. I like the detail around the eye and it does help them look more reptilian... im now babbling

The arbiter is friendly to humans so far, but in Sangheilios his position is messed up. Read the books Glasslands and the Thursday war.

i actually have a pretty sound theory as to why their armor looks as jank as it does. the illustration is very well done however and i seriously approve of the new elite look!

A few thing are on the book Glasslands, plus kinda like the book, I think is good.
Thank you, I needed to make it with that much detail, not only because of the new design, but because I used it in a school project and I got A+(I brought the pic and talk about what subjects and concepts apply from the Art Theory/History class.)

job well done! well right that's what i was gonna say 'bout the theory 'cuz they have to make their armor now and they didn't during covenant rule so now it's more crude in appearance because of less skill in crafting it.
