Description
Process for the chrome robot piece! I tried to make sure I saved regularly, but as I said I'll try to do some actual video recording this month tooTook about 2 hours, PS CS4.

If you plan on recording, FFsplit is a good freeware that I've started using. Faster than Camtasia, no crashes yet and you can open the recorded file in Premiere or Sony Vegas for faster editing as opposed to Camtasia Studio where rendering takes forever.
Just an idea. Love seeing your process gifs.

I usually work between 3k~4k at along the longest side, for this sort of thing, but gifs are pretty heavy so I shrink them down for dA.

Filters > SHarpen > Unsharp mask
