Love it! The only thing that bugs me is the rounded tentacles. IMHO, I think their tentacles should be more scaley/armored, if you know what I mean.

The linework was done in sketchbook pro, colours in photoshop - I think this one probably had about 4 or 5 layers. All painted with a hard round brush with size/opacity set to pressure.

i love all your zerg stuff! in fact everything you've done has been pretty awesome, but i got a thing for zerg and you do them justice with these intensely detailed pictures, putting the game versions almost to shame
do you reference things(like morbid stuff or something) for stuff like this? cause i wouldn't know where to start with zerg and you captured it in all its.. erm, "creep"xP
