That's the thing, that's no way to kill off a character. Like Boba Fett and Sherlock Holmes, she'll live on via the works of others or fan demand might convince you to bring her back one day.
If you're gonna kill her off, you gotta make it completely explicit and not in a humorous "Oh My God They Killed Kenny" fashion, which this sort of reminds me of.

She's just a cultist. No one cares if one dies, it would have been appropriate to show otherwise.
There is fan demand, but I treat it the same way GW treats the squats. Basically that I reset the timer on when I might possibley bring her back every time somebody asks.

I'd wager that all of the other Callidi are deeply envious of good old Mother Gullet - she can scarf it all down like a pig and still keep her comely and shapely lithe figure. I'm surprised that the Woprshipful Imperial Guild of Dieticians and Nutritionists haven't put out a counter-contract on her yet...
And God-Emperor only knows what disaster ensues whenever the Temple administrative staff have a bring-your-daughter-to-work day.

Is that her title or her name? Honestly I was confused about all the callidus child eating talk before reading Inquisitor (which is I'm guessing where it started)

It's a little story blurb in the 3rd edition" Codex Assassins", a freebie you got in White Dwarf. The title is "Mother Gullet", there's no hint it's a proper name or even a title...

The original flavour text sidebar might mention a name for the Assassin, but I regret that I don't have my copy of the Third Edition Codex Assassins to hand (it's about 250 miles away, in fact :\ ) so I can't check it up for you. As for whether "Mother Gullet" is a name or a title: it was originally just the title for the story, but it's become adopted as an informal nickname for discussing that particular Callidus Assassin, because it's descriptive enough!
Incidentally, I enjoyed how Mother Gullet described Lofn as "fun-size" - very appropriate! - but would Lofn herself, cute and happy and friend to all, "hate" someone's voice? Maybe "your voice is weird" would have been better.
