I noticed that you seem to write Lofn as a fan of Imperial propaganda, and Fuklaw in particular, since she quotes him in both her appearances. It actually makes perfect sense; since Imperial space is a better hiding spot than Eldar space (less psykers), she'd have ample time to watch cartoons about Fuklaw's adventures and become a heresy-stomping, celery-chomping Junior Commissar.
On the other hand, both those appearances were about as dubious as you can get in terms of continuity.
