Oh, that Levy.This Marks the first comic appearance of the 'Ragged Edges of Raege' character Tobias Garrick Levy. Raege's boss. He's either a brilliant inquisitor, or has a lot of dirt on people, or both.
The woman is 's Inquisitor character, who I actually have a deuce of a time drawing.

Excellent work as always, but this seems like a bit of an improvement.
This one's actually marginally better, both in art and writing quality, than anything I've seen you do beforehand. It seems a lot more expressive and interestingly drawn to me, I'm not entirely sure how. I especially dig that fourth panel.
