Angie was tired and confused, but she was not willing to go quietly into that good nap. Magic got her into this mess, and magic would get her out! "No!" she shouted at the expanding room. "No!" she shouted at her child-sized clothing. She stamped her foot and clenched her tiny fists. It took everything she had to force herself from getting any younger. "I'm a witch! Not some little girl!" As the effects of the spell subsided, she looked at herself and figured she was at least half-right. She was definitely still a witch, with her recently-acquired (albeit scaled-down) powers. The tiny fireball she made attested to that. But still, there was something more cute and colorful about her witch garb now. It felt more like a store-bought costume than the ones she'd been making herself for the last few Halloweens. As far back as she could remember, she trick-or-treated as a witch every year. Thanks in large part to Winifred's invasion, she was able to stop pretending. And although regressing to five years old was a sizable stumbling block, no one was going to take that away from her.
