Her hair was tucked away, save for a perfectly spherical bun rising above her crown. She lowered her sword, keeping a grip on it, ever ready. Her movements were stiff, but she knew her power was ultimate. Only a fool would dare underestimate her now. She would do whatever it took to defend her kingdom, once she had assembled it. Light and dark squares appeared on the floor before her. She hopped her way out of the archives with as much grace and splendor as one can maintain while hopping.

I'd buy an Underburbs chess set, definitely. This was an irresistible idea to commission when I saw it among the options. She looks very noble. It's great to imagine her hopping, or trying to lift her sword, unwilling to accept that it's molded into her dress.

This is a very cool design for a chess Queen. Did her legs infuse with her dress or did her dress just become a solid object surrounding her legs? Both causing her to hop.
