This episode is brought to you byAngela's heads pulled apart, but no matter how much the two stretched their necks, it felt as though they were still cheek to cheek. They each felt sharp breaths on the sides of their heads. They each struggled to turn around, discovering that a third head had sprouted between them! Shoulder space was fast becoming a precious commodity.
(1.) Angela's heads tried to make as much room for each other as possible.
(2.) The heat and chaos of Angela's clustered heads proved to be too much.

Wonder if it's possible for her to have even more heads then just three? Or wonder if there is an alternate ending of her being a three headed person?

Three heads is definitely my limit. I barely squeezed that middle head into the pic. As for a three-headed “human” ending, I probably won’t, because it’s not thematically different enough from the two-headed ending/epilogue.

They'd need a fourth to be a barbershop quartet, and ain't no way I'm drawing four heads. Plus, I don't know what Angela's singing voice(s) is(are) like, but I'm willing to bet it'd sound more like The Shaggs.
