Ladies and Gents, boys and girls, chimpanzees and cats....allow me to reintroduce one of my characters that I posted a pic of 2 years ago and haven't drawn nor posted anything new of her since....this is Onnica Graves aka "The Dreamshatterer". She is a long standing character of mine from my Triple F fighting league, as she's been around for 10-11 years. It is the 10 year anniversary of my Triple F league, and in commemoration I want to draw some of the other originators and innovators that are still around from 10 plus years ago.

Onnica is one of Raina's best friends...they have been through a lot over the years. Onnica started out oddly, as I first created a character by the name of "Dreamshatterer" (I'll post the original pic soon) that was supposed to be the ultimate hand to hand combat specialist that had this really ill fighting style and the best fighter out of all of my characters at the time. It was also at this time that I got WWF War Zone for the PS One, which contained the Create A Wrestler feature that gave birth to many of my characters. Of course I created Dreamshatter, and at the same time I created another character by the name "Madame O" who was kinda supposed to be more of a generic babyface (heroine) wrestler gal.

Somewhere along the line I decided to make Dreamshatterer into a cyborg and to work for the evil Cybercom, along with Bonecrusher...better known as Raina Hunter. I also later decided to make Madame O to have been taken captive by Cybercom and turned into an extremely powerful cyborg heel (villainess). As I began to give my Triple F girls more of a personality and backstory, I realized that both Dreamshatterer and Madame O didn't really have a deep backstory, so I decided to mesh the two characters together. First I started with giving her a real name...I wanted the O to stand for something cool and her last name had to be something menacing as well. I had seen an episode of Star Trek: Voyager that showed Seven of Nine before she was assimilated by the Borg, and her human name was Annicka (it was pronounced On-nick-ka) and I liked that a lot, so I came up with the first name Onnica. And "Graves" sounded like a cool last name so I threw the two together and like it! "Madame O" was Onnica's ring name before she was turned into a cyborg and she would become "Dreamshatterer" after her cybernetic transformation.

So Onnica's story is basically that she was just a gal from Philadelphia that just wanted to be a great wrestler and had joined the Triple F when it first was developed. She quickly had become one of the top wrestlers along with Raina Hunter, Lizzie Dutch, Nina and Sheena Storm, and several other women...she and Lizzie were best friends and were actually the very first Duo Champions of the Triple F. Onnica also won the Ultimate Champion in a short time...only to get into what's still considered one of the most brutal fights in the complete history of the Triple F with a young upstart of a fighter named Raina Hunter. Both women took each other to the limit; it was Onnica that severely injured Raina's left arm and leg, which caused her to opt to receive cybernetic replacements. Raina ended up still winning that match, yet both women were rushed to the hospital due to the damage they inflicted upon one another. After Onnica recovered, she went back to work as usual until one day she mysteriously appeared after a Triple F event. She had been abducted by Cybercom...they had seen the match between her and Raina and had decided that both women would make great cyborg soldiers. Cybercom had given her a few cybernetic implants that were hidden by synthetic skin (this was before the Cyborg Division and cybernetics were illegal in the Triple F) at first and also had implanted mind-controlling microchips. She reappeared to her friends and fellow fighter's surprise, yet she was very cold and unresponsive to her friends. She destroyed her opponent worse than what she would usually do. It was at this point where she went missing again...Cybercom had bigger plans for her to be one of their Elite Cyborg Soldiers. She was brought back to Cybercom's laboratories and underwent seriously extensive cybernetic transformation...replacing most of her original organic body with cybernetics; Onnica's body was now 75% mechanical. She was programmed and then given the designation "Dreamshatterer" and had lead many one-woman missions in the name of Cybercom to advance their evil agenda. She was later paired with her familiar rival, Raina, and they were Cybercom's best soldiers.

Eventually, Raina would be rescued and deprogrammed by B.E.C.A. and Raina would also go on to save Onnica from Cybercom's evil grip. Onnica was deprogrammed and had opted to become a B.E.C.A. soldier along with Raina as well. Being that Onnica and Raina were also in the Triple F world and the Cyborg Division was up and being overran by Cybercom fighters who were trying to take the human fighters and convert them into Cybercom's collective...it was decided that they would be placed back into the Triple F and would police Cybercom's actions and prevent their cybernetic domination. They would also continue to compete competitively as well...both Raina and Onnica captured the Ultimate Championship several times in their return to the Triple F. Onnica was reassigned to be a covert agent by B.E.C.A., so she took another hiatus for a while. She returned again to the Triple F...which had contained the Cybercom fighters, so the Cyborg Division was more about competition rather than the outer conflicts of Cybercom and B.E.C.A. being settled. She started focusing on her dreams of wanting to be the best fighter in the world, and went on a hellacious winning streak...capturing the Ultimate title yet again. In the past 5 years in the Triple F, Onnica has only lost once.

In recent years, Onnica has taken somewhat of a different path than her friends Raina and Lizzie. While Raina has opted to take sabbatical from being a B.E.C.A. agent to focus on fighting...Onnica has remained one of B.E.C.A.'s best agents and has put in much work in stopping Cybercom's evil agenda. She still competes in the Triple F to keep her fighting skills sharp...she's been said to be the best pound for pound fighter in Triple F history and only one person in the history has a better win-loss record than Onnica. (That would be current undefeated and undisputed Ultimate Champion Nicole Vetter). Onnica realizes that it's time that she gets back into her goal of becoming the best female fighter in the world.

I plan on doing a bio sheet on Onnica when I color it for those of you that would like to know more about her. It amazes me on how she's been on of my top characters in the Triple F world and as much as I used to draw her, I haven't put her here in my DA gallery! Well, that's gonna change from here on out! I decided that I would redesign her a bit, and I took elements from her looks from over the years to make up her current new look. I REALLY love her new design! I realized that many of my Cyborg Division Triple F gals don't really look like cyborgs, so I kept that in mind with Onnica's revamping. She definitely looks like a cyborg right here with her cyber-armor and her various visible panels and such on her body!
