The art style is giving me vibes of Mike Mignola's work. This goes surprisingly well with cybermen.

Another brilliant deviation, the splatters really complete it. I always wondered how you could achieve that effect....

After the inking is done, i just flick the brush over the top. You just have to be a bit brave to get that dirty effect! I suppose you could scan ink spatters separately and lay them over digitally if you wanted...

Hmmmm, I might have a go at that, although I can see what you mean by being brave. I for one would maybe do the splatters first, then draw the deviation amongst them, but that's the safe way of doing it I guess.
