I'm VERY new to this architecture design thing. The projects and models I see fascinate the hell out of me. I'd love to try to make something of my own. Might I ask what type of material you used? (i.e. specific wood, what substance did you use to keep everything together, and where do you get your stuff??)

auch sehr schön . Ich hab nur an natur gedacht, weil ich so sehr grün mag, und holz erinnert mich immer an baum = grün + braun. und das mag ich irgendwie, deshalb. aber wenn ich mir vorstelle, wie da schöne schiffe fahren, ist das natürlich auch sehr schön.

hm...i would like to walk through this architecture . When i imagine walking through this it´s awesome ^^. Espacially if it stands in the nature. Do you smell this scent of wood?

hmm Ich weiss nicht.

The site is on a river near downtown Portland, Oregon. I thought about the craft behinds Crew Boats (which is what the program was, "Built a boat launch for crew boat teams on the river). So, I wanted to make a structure that was incredibly ornate like some of the boats were, I thought more wood and using concrete as more of smaller component that filled in dense structure. Basically I love wood.
