Another of my snapshots from the Christel Death photo shoot at the Haunted Forest in American Fork, Utah.As you can see in this photo, the ground was all wet thanks to the rain we were getting that day. We only had a few minutes to snap these photos by the Hearse, and the pro photographers weren't there, so unfortunately these shots I took are the only ones we got by the hearse.

Yeah I hear ya- it would be awesome to drive around in a hearse! This one is a 1972. The top is pretty beat up, but it is still way cool. I am airbrushing the Haunted Forest logo on the back door- it has been a lot of fun! I dig driving that thing!

lucky that you get to drive it atleast. you need to pull a prank and put a fake corpse in the back drive into the middle of town and just pull it out of the back and throw it down in the middle of the street and see what kind of looks you get

Yep, we were all disappointed about missing out on the hearse. We were going to wait until later in the night, but when it was time, the rain was just POURING down, so it wasn't gonna happen... Side effects of those damn hurricanes I suppose!!

I wish I owned the hearse, it is way cool- but it belongs to the Haunted Forest. I am sure I could use it for another photo shoot, if I can bring myself to do another 7 hour makeup session!!

Yeah, it is fun working part time at the Haunted Forest- I am leaving in a few minutes here to go do some more painting on that hearse- I got all of the white base paint down last night, so today is color and detail time (my favorite parts!!)

That hearse is insane! It's a 1972- pretty rough shape at the moment. I am currently doing some airbrush customization on it, it has been way cool to do.

Oh, for sure. I am painting the "Haunted Forest" logo on the back door, then I will do the same on both of the front doors. I will take some pics this Saturday and post them here!

Anyway, about the pic, I adore it! The tattered clothes were a nice touch and as for the boots... I want those! They're ubberly sexy... You could seriously freak out a lot of people if they saw her from afar stepping out of the hearse.

That crazy hearse- it has been sitting unused for a LONG time- when I got in it to start it up, there was a spider dangling near the door, it seriously felt like being in the Addams Family car or something. I kept thinking about how many dead people had taken their last ride in that thing, crazy stuff. I am currently airbrushing a logo on the back door of it.
Thanks for the comments, the costume was based on a sketch I did- Christel created it- the boots really worked well, and helped reduce the makeup time since I didn't have to paint her feet this time. I wish more people could have seen her in the hearse, but surprise surprise, the hearse was DEAD when I tried to start it for the photo shoot.

This one is a 1972 model- in pretty rough shape at the moment. It was running last Saturday, but when I tried to start it up on Sunday for the photo shoot, no power at all. I am guessing the battery died... It has been sitting outside the Haunted Forest for a LONG time, so when I got in it, there was a spider dangling down near the door, totally made me think of the Addams Family or the Munsters... Interesting feeling sitting in that thing too, wondering how many dead people had taken their last ride in there.
I will snap some photos of the logo I am painting on there once it is finished!
